Day group maintains 3 corporate offices in Sudbury, Levack and Timmins. The range of administrative services can include:
- Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Accounts Payable Clerk
- Payroll Clerk
The Accounts Receivable / Payable or Payroll Clerk reports to the Comptroller or Regional Manager and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support services. These could include maintenance of file systems, data entry processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, preparing and monitoring payroll system and generating of reports.
Providing these services in an effective manner will ensure that corporate finances are accurate and up to date, that employees are paid in a timely manner and vendors / suppliers are paid within established time limits.
The incumbents would normally attain the required knowledge and skills through completion of bookkeeping and office procedures coursework, combined with related 2 to 3 years financial and administrative experience.
